Each week a group of fit and not so fit people take a 'stroll' - to 'brisk' walk through our local parks or along sections of the Linear Park which stretches from the hills to the sea.

Typically the group walks for about an hour each Wednesday night commencing at 6:30 pm during daylight saving and 4:30 pm during the winter months.  As you might expect, in addition to walking, there is a lot of talking as the group discusses everything from the meaning of life, local events, solutions to those hard to fix problems around the house, computing and .... well the list is endless - what ever you find in common with those with whom you are walking.
